Hua Hin Sports Day Hurray Team Building Event
Take part in our hilarious Hua Hin Sports Day Hurray fun and entertainment team building event and allow your delegates to relax and have some fun away from the meeting environment.
Choose from an excellent choice of Hua Hin beaches for this program including Khao Tao beach, Khao Takieb beach and Cha-am beach.
Hua Hin Sports Day Hurray begins with group icebreaking (jump) and energizers (Ball and the hoop).
Next the group is divided into teams, where they compete over a series of 5 competitive fun and sports themed games, on a rotation basis, aiming to collect points for their team.
The five sports day hurray activities include Ring stack, Tower of Hanoi , Walking Skis, Blind Flyer and Water Balloon Volleyball (Teamwork) with all activities designed to focus on traditional team building skills including communication, leadership trust, problem solving and strategy in fun team bonding environment.
The teams that compete the best stand the change to take away the Sports Day Hurray winners trophy.
Group size
This competitive team event is suitable for large groups from 100 to 300+ participants. This program can be customized for smaller and larger groups.
Agenda
- 13:00 - Delegates meet indoors at the meeting room or outdoors at ehir chosen Hua Hin beach or Hua Hin resort. Ice breaker.
- 13:10 - Introduction to Hua Hin Sports Day Hurray. Briefing.
- 13:20 - Ice breaking and Energizer followed by team division
- Teams rotate over 5 activities, compete for 30 minutes with a break of 5 minutes in-between each rotation
- 13:30 - Rotation 1
- 14:05 - Rotation 2
- 14:40 - Rotation 3
- 15.15 - Coffee Break
- 15.30 - Rotation 4
- 16.05 - Rotation 5
- 16.40 - Debriefing & announce winning team. Award ceremony. Photo shooting.
- 17:00 - End of event.
