A physically engaging relay that can only be played on the beach
 
In ping pong tube, delegates are split into teams and each team is given a coconut shell and a tube. The tube contains a ping pong ball. The objective is to fill up the tube with water in order for the ping pong ball to emerge. This results in water splashing and laughter. Delegates may get wet during this activity.
